PERSONAL TRAINING (FITNESS & MARTIAL ARTS)

As a highly passionate, strongly motivated and an accomplished Instructor with 20 years experience in sports and fitness industry,

I’m a martial arts strength & conditioning coach, a personal trainer, cross-fitter, with 5 year experience in nutrition and lifestyle consultation, coming from an army background as I’ve been a physical Instructor in 39 Gurkha Army in India and served post as an army “GHATAK” team.

As per qualification, I’m holding level III & IV in fitness (Australia), registered as a fitness professional in level 2 in Fitness Australia, with Australian senior CPR & first Aid certificate, 4th Dan Black-Belt (World Taekwondo Federation- Korea), 3rd Dan Black-Belt (International Taekwondo Federation, Austria), level 3 in boxing and certificate in martial arts & strength conditioning coach.

My professional track record encompasses the aptitude to incorporate a holistic approach to health and fitness & martial arts, which encompasses both cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength. I have great exposure to techniques pertinent to managing a client’s endurance, flexibility and lifestyle considerations especially when formulating a health plan. My knowledge of nutrition would assist me in formulating client-individual diet plans and developing exciting and effective exercise programs.
